NIGHT OUT WITH BERT — OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Contest Period: October 26 – November 27, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Night Out with Bert contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Big Party Show, Big Party Media LLC, Eternal Tattoo & Body Piercing, affiliated sponsors, and promotional partners are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Participants have multiple opportunities to enter the Night Out with Bert contest through The Big Party Show podcast and official social media promotions.
OPTION 1: SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRY
Find an official Night Out with Bert promotional post on The Big Party Show's Facebook or Instagram account.
Comment BERT to request the contest information.
Receive a secret keyword and contest entry link through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message via ManyChat.
Visit bigpartyshow.com/contest and submit the keyword through the official entry form.
Commenting alone does not constitute an official contest entry. Participants must complete the entry form.
OPTION 2: PODCAST BONUS ENTRIES
Listen to The Big Party Show podcast every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the contest period.
A NEW SECRET KEYWORD will be announced during each eligible episode.
Visit bigpartyshow.com/contest and submit that episode's keyword.
Each different, valid podcast keyword provides ONE ADDITIONAL ENTRY.
Listeners may earn multiple entries by submitting different keywords from different podcast episodes.
ENTRY LIMITS
Each unique keyword may be submitted once per person.
Multiple submissions of the same keyword will count as only one entry.
Each valid keyword submission counts as one entry into the applicable prize drawing.
Submitting more unique, valid keywords increases a participant's chances of winning.
All entries must be received by the applicable drawing deadline.
No purchase, payment, or paid podcast subscription is required.
3. PARTY CRASHER MEMBERSHIP
Participants must register as free Party Crasher members through The Big Party Show website to qualify for prizes.
Party Crasher membership is free and provides access to contest information, podcast announcements, concert updates, and exclusive giveaway opportunities.
Participants may separately choose to receive promotional emails and may unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible contest entry or affect prizes already awarded.
4. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest officially begins:
Monday, October 26, 2026
The contest ends:
Friday, November 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Only valid entries received within the applicable contest or drawing period will be eligible.
Podcast bonus keywords will be announced during eligible Monday, Wednesday, and Friday episodes throughout the promotion.
Individual giveaway drawing dates and deadlines will be announced through The Big Party Show.
5. WEEKLY TICKET GIVEAWAYS
During the promotion, The Big Party Show will award a total of five (5) weekly prizes, consisting of:
Two (2) tickets to see Bert Kreischer live.
Event: Bert Kreischer — Permission to Party Tour.
Date: Sunday, December 6, 2026.
Location: Mid-America Center, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $180 per pair.
The total number of weekly prizes and the drawing schedule will be announced during the promotion.
Prizes are nontransferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted by winners.
6. GRAND PRIZE — NIGHT OUT WITH BERT
One (1) eligible participant will win the Night Out with Bert Grand Prize, which includes:
Two (2) tickets to see Bert Kreischer live at the Mid-America Center on December 6, 2026.
$150 toward food and beverages at 360 Steakhouse at Harrah's Council Bluffs.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $330.
The grand prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any expenses not specifically included in the prize description, including transportation, lodging, additional meals, gratuities, or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND BONUS KEYWORDS
Participants are encouraged to listen to The Big Party Show throughout the contest period for additional entry opportunities.
A separate keyword will be announced during each eligible Monday, Wednesday, and Friday podcast episode.
Each new, valid keyword provides an additional entry when submitted through the official contest entry form.
A participant may submit multiple different keywords, but each individual keyword may be used only once per person.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
All valid entries must comply with these official rules.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
Weekly ticket winners will be selected through random drawings from eligible entries.
Winning a weekly prize does NOT disqualify a participant from winning the Grand Prize.
All participants, including previous weekly winners, remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
Each valid, unique keyword submission counts as one entry into the applicable drawing. Additional valid entries increase a participant's chances of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by phone, email, direct message, or on-air announcement.
9. CLAIMING PRIZES
Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize.
If a winner fails to respond within the required period, The Big Party Show may select an alternate eligible winner.
Winners may be required to provide valid identification and verification of eligibility.
Prizes must be picked up or delivery arrangements made within 30 days of winning, and in all cases before the event date.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, winners grant The Big Party Show, Big Party Media LLC, and affiliated promotional partners permission to use their name, voice, photograph, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Big Party Show reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest when necessary due to fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other issues affecting the integrity or fairness of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
All decisions concerning eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final, subject to applicable law.
The Big Party Show reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the entry system, submit fraudulent information, or violate these official rules.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Big Party Show, Big Party Media LLC, Eternal Tattoo & Body Piercing, and affiliated promotional partners are not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful entries.
They are not responsible for interruptions involving social media platforms, podcast distribution services, internet connections, or automated messaging systems.
By participating, entrants agree to release these parties from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where such release is prohibited by law.
13. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability related to this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants understand that information provided during registration is submitted to The Big Party Show, not Facebook or Instagram.
14. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
Personal information collected during contest entry will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, contact winners, and manage Party Crasher membership in accordance with The Big Party Show's Privacy Policy.
Participants may separately opt in to receive newsletters, podcast announcements, concert updates, promotional offers, and future giveaway notifications.
Promotional email subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
Unsubscribing will not invalidate eligible contest entries or affect prizes already awarded.
