CONTEST RULES

  1. Eligibility:
    Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Big Party Show, affiliated sponsors, and promotional partners are not eligible to win.

  2. How to Enter:
    Listen to The Big Party Show during the contest period and follow the announced instructions to enter. Entry methods may include calling in, texting a keyword, entering a keyword online, entering online, or interacting on social media. Only entries received during the announced contest window are eligible.
    To qualify, entrants must also be a Party Crasher member (free to join). Party Crasher membership includes enrollment in The Big Party Show newsletter, which provides concert updates, podcast announcements, and exclusive giveaway opportunities. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility for prizes already awarded.

  3. Contest Period:
    The contest begins [Oct 24th, 2025] and ends [March 29th, 2026 at Noon]. Specific on-air giveaway times may vary and will be announced during the show.

  4. Prize Details:
    One (1) winner per giveaway will receive 4 tickets to The Omaha Lancers. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is [$75.00]. Prize has no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted.

  5. Winner Selection:
    Winners will be selected based on criteria announced during the giveaway (e.g., first correct caller, random drawing from eligible entries, etc.). Winners will be notified on-air, via phone, or direct message depending on entry method.

  6. Claiming Prize:
    Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited. Valid ID may be required. Prizes must be picked up or arrangements made for delivery within 30 days of winning.

  7. Publicity Release:
    By accepting the prize, winners grant The Big Party Show and its affiliates the right to use their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  8. General Conditions:
    The Big Party Show reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the station, which are final.

  9. Limitation of Liability:
    The Big Party Show is not responsible for technical issues, late entries, or any damages resulting from participation in the contest or prize use.

  10. Privacy:
    Any personal information collected will be used for contest administration and Party Crasher membership management in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to receive periodic email communications from The Big Party Show, including concert updates, promotions, and podcast announcements. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
